Deborah Wise
Deborah is a professional Will writer and former solicitor with over 20 years' experience of working in the private client field- wills, LPAs, estate planning and Probate.
Prior to setting up Deborah Wise Wills Ltd, she was a Solicitor working for leading Cheshire firms for over thirteen years. Whilst a Solicitor she was also a member of the Society of Trusts and Estates Practitioners (STEP). In 2018 she decided to leave the profession, setting up her own fully insured will writing business.
Her goal was to provide a top level service at a more affordable price and offering clients home visits where possible.
The business has gone from strength to strength, with most of her new business now coming from client referrals.
Recently Deborah took the decision to expand and now works with three fantastic ladies (two of whom she met over twenty years ago at the College of Law) who are each covering their own geographic area.
Deborah covers Chester, Ellesmere Port, Knutsford, Tarporley and everywhere in between.
Deborah also sees clients online via Zoom or facetime.

Sarah O'Driscoll
Sarah joined Deborah Wise Wills Ltd in 2023. After studying at the College of Law with her colleagues over twenty years ago, Sarah chose to pursue a career in Commercial law. She qualified with a significant national firm and went on to work for them as a professional indemnity lawyer acting on behalf of national insurers and their insured professionals including surveyors and solicitors.
She does not regret making the switch to so-called "Private Client work" (Wills etc.) and enjoys meeting her clients in their homes to provide a thorough and tailored service for each and every one of them.
Although Sarah is fairly new to Will writing she is already making great strides and receiving some fantastic feedback from her clients who appreciate her warm and friendly approach. The quality of personal and efficient service that her clients receive is of the upmost importance to Sarah. She says "I feel like I am making a real difference and that gives me a lot of satisfaction."
Currently Sarah covers Windsor, Ascot, Maidenhead and surrounding areas.

Catherine Webster
Catherine joined Deborah Wise Wills Ltd in 2023 as a professional Will writer. Prior to that, she worked for over 12 years as a solicitor for leading firms in and around the Liverpool area. She specialised in Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and Court of Protection work.
Prior to qualifying as a solicitor, Catherine worked in the NHS for many years.
Catherine's interest in working to protect and advocate for the rights of vulnerable individuals has been a significant motivator throughout her career.
She holds a Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) Advanced Certificate in Advising the Vulnerable person.
Catherine covers the Chester, Wirral and Liverpool areas.
