You will have access to the seminar for as long as it is available - the content of the seminar is relevant as at the launch date of 20^th February 2025.  As nil rate band thresholds are fixed until at least April 2030 it is thought that this seminar in its current format will be available for at least the next five years.  

Once you purchase, you will also have the option of downloading and printing off the slides for each step. You can use those for note-taking should you wish.
